Job Summary

Reliance Industries Limited is hiring Picker & Loader staff for its Reliance Jio operations in Thrissur. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurate picking, sorting, loading, and unloading of materials to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role requires physical fitness, attention to safety standards, and teamwork to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick and load materials accurately as per daily instructions and dispatch requirements
2. Assist in unloading, sorting, and stacking of goods in the warehouse
3. Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
5. Follow safety guidelines and company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
6. Support daily warehouse, inventory, and logistics activities as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

1. Male candidates only
2. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
3. Willingness to work in warehouse and logistics operations
4. Immediate joiners will be given preference

Working Hours

1. 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary & Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹18,000
